Challenge
Strata is one of the emerging leaders in the real-estate investment tech space in India, and has witnessed a rapid growth in its adoption.
Noticing the need to differentiate from competitors and address inconsistencies in visual identity and product experience, Strata sought collaboration at a pivotal moment. The company aimed to establish a new identity, unifying its look, feel, and purpose across multiple channels, to stand out globally and solidify its position among fast-growing startups.
Process
Through leadership workshops, Strata's vision, story, and business impact were deeply explored. By aligning with its founders and internal teams, the effort focused on achieving a singular proposition that precisely captured the company's value and culture.
The new brand needed to embody the exceptional opportunities offered to investors, leading to the strategic proposition: "Committing your access to growth." The identity, represented through a robust and stable form, integrates a floor plan with a subtracted square from the corner, symbolizing the unique opportunity of earning fractional ownership in Strata’s portfolio. The negative space signifies the investor's share and the potential gained through investment. The stability and simplicity of the form are crucial to its positioning, reflecting the values of integrity, commitment, and enduring strength.
