Airblack is a member’s only travel club where the world’s best travelers help its members craft unforgettable travel experiences. Airblack members get access to an Airblack influencer on a personal chat, which allows them to take all crucial decisions such as which cities to choose, where to stay, where to dine, where to party, what fun things to do, and so on. Airblack members also get access to member-only rates on flights, hotels & experiences in more than 50 countries.

Backed by Asia’s marquee VC fund, Saif Partners, they are reimagining how travel is planned and booked by the new age independent traveler.
Challenge
Airblack's online marketplace consists of Influencers (Travel Designers) on one side and member travelers on the other, with the business team working closely to optimize operations and experience. They had a working business flow on WhatsApp and Instagram, along with tracking key business activities through excel documents.
Collaborated to identify, strategize, and craft the end-to-end experience of the Airblack product ecosystem, aligning with business goals, user needs, and brand purpose.
The collaboration's primary goal was to develop a web and mobile app experience that allows Airblack influencers to chat, recommend travel content and products, and simultaneously plan unique itineraries for members. The second, and most crucial, objective was to create a seamless web and mobile experience for Airblack members, facilitating communication, content consumption, decision-making, booking, and providing feedback on the designed itineraries.
